Business Section

In this section, we provide pages and mini-sites for local business, and provide easy search facilities. This comes in three levels.

Free listing

Any local business, shop, hotel, or other commercial service can get a free listing. This will appear when people search for your business by category, place or name. To get your business listed, just use the form to send us the details. Take a look at current listings to see what information can be included.

Featured Businesses

For £25pa you can have a dedicated page in the 'Featured Businesses' section. You still get a searchable listing as above, but that entry also contains a link to your own page. Your page is entirely under your control; you can add images and style it as you wish, and this is very easy (much like using a word processor). No HTML or web experience is required.

Sponsors

For £200pa you can be a sponsor! Sponsors get their own dedicated folder in the Sponsors section. Here you can have many pages, you can all add events and news items about your business which appear in the global event calendar and news sections. You can add your own photo galleries. You also get a link from the front page, so every visitor can see that your company supports local community projects.

Classified Adverts

Finally, we have classified advertisements. These are intended for private sellers, and are free.
